When hunting snakes, best to disregard the scaly, slimy, sleazy wriggling reptilian tails and focus on the head. You lace up your waffle stompers and keep stomping until it is DEAD!
Plenty of time to TCB w the peons later. They should also be well aware that there is every possibilty that their personal data/ID etc has already become known, as we saw back in 2007 with the Vladuz T&S hack attack/data dump incident, & the Vladuz as eb customer service rep affair of early Oct 2007. ))

Ebay have had me for loads of money and the can’t even sort out their problems, paypal have a private little pannel of drolls who decide if you should have your money or not. Not even the chance of a public courts case. False advertising, farse company both of them. I wish you luck in your work, you have a very very big task to bring ebay and paypal to the public eye my friend!
