I have no clue what …
I have no clue what Intel did, nor claim to, so I have no basis to have anything against them, but the FTC is seeing shady tactics, I’m just reflecting that. ……..
No I have nothing against Intel, I use Intel for the business /// not really excited, but thanks for careing / I didn’t know raging fanboism was a requirement for posting here … sorry.

The FTC would have …
The FTC would have never even bothered if it weren’t for an “anonymous” phone call.
Whats better than being payed a billion dollars in compensation??? Being payed the billion and crushing the one who handed it to you!!!
There are only 2 cpu choices on the market for consumers. And to stop you from being a smart i am well aware of IBM and TI etc etc etc… But, they dont slap those into desktops and laptops. Basically im suggesting that there is only one obvious direction to look at.

AMD did complain …
AMD did complain about Intels practices, yes, and Intel did pay AMD $1.25 billion in compensation. But this is stemming from Intel’s business practices. If the FTC didn’t see anything wrong with Intel’s conduct, no amount of complaining from AMD would cause the FTC to file charges. So I still fail to see it from your point of view.
